From the historic lakeside city of Ioannina, internationally acclaimed conductor Maestro Eduardo Marturet will lead a special World Music Day concert featuring the Symphony Orchestra of the Municipality of Ioannina, The Miami Symphony Orchestra’s sister orchestra, in a unique international collaboration that highlights the power of culture to unite communities across continents. This Sunday, music will unite Greece and Miami in a special celebration of World Music Day. Join Maestro Eduardo Marturet, the Symphony Orchestra of the Municipality of Ioannina—The Miami Symphony Orchestra’s sister orchestra—along with Athina Klioumi, Nikos Papadiotis, and the Choir of Ioannina for an unforgettable evening of music in the heart of Greece.
